Yes, as per Texas State Liquor Laws, anyone under the age of 21 must be checked for proof of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unfortunately we do not. Due to TABC laws, since we don't have a liquor license, we cannot transport and resell alcohol. However, we do provide a complimentary beverage consultation to help you calculate exactly what you need to purchase based upon the number of expected guests. You get to choose what you want to be served at your event!
A deposit of 25% of the Total Estimated Amount is needed to confirm the booking of the event. Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows:
- Notice over 10 days prior to event: full refund of deposit
- Notice 7 to 10 days prior to event: 50% refund of deposit
- Notice less than 7 Adays prior to event: no refund of deposit
Events booked within 7 days of the event require payment in full.
Yes. We serve a drink for every thirst. Non-Alcoholic/Mocktails are available upon request and can be added to the cocktail menu. We normally add (1-2) to the menu free of charge.
We recommend one bartender for every 35 guests so the bar can run smoothly and your guests receive consistent drinks in a timely manner.
Of course not! The beauty of our service is the only thing required by you is the alcohol. We want to make your experience in booking a private bartender as easy as possible.
Yes. Although our bar will have a trash can for our bar waste, you will still be responsible for providing trash cans for your guests use.
Yes, we offer servers for an additional fee. They are able to bus expired cups and plates along with running drinks to your guests. Servers are highly recommended for any-size wedding to help ensure that your guests are satisfied and well taken care of.
You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area - OR - you may provide a cash gratuity to the bartender at the end of the event. We will always provide impeccable and memorable service, regardless of tips.
